Getting started
What does SalesSharp do?
SalesSharp helps you turn more of the opportunities already in your business into sales. It helps you spot who’s worth your attention, follow up before opportunities slip away and find the next sale with customers you’ve already won. When you’re unsure how to move things forward, it helps you work out what to say, send or do next.
Who is it for?
Business owners, freelancers, consultants and small teams who need to sell alongside everything else they do. It’s particularly useful when enquiries, quotes and follow-ups are scattered across emails, spreadsheets, notes and people’s heads.
Do I need a CRM?
No. SalesSharp keeps track of your live opportunities, customer history and next steps.
If you already have a CRM, the question is whether it helps you move sales forward or mainly stores information. A demo will help you judge whether SalesSharp adds something useful to the way you already work.
Do I have to add every customer?
No. Your best 10 or 20 is enough to start. Focus on the live enquiries, outstanding quotes and customers most worth your attention. You don’t need to sort years of records before SalesSharp becomes useful.
How do I get started?
You talk us through what you sell, who buys it, how your sales work and the objections you hear. We do the heavy lifting to set SalesSharp up around your business and help you add your first opportunities.
That gives it the context to offer advice that fits.

Using it day to day
How does it help me decide where to focus?
SalesSharp uses the information held about your customers and opportunities, including overdue follow-ups, stalled conversations and missing next steps.
You can ask, “I’ve got time for five calls. Who should I ring?” or “Where’s my best chance of making a sale this week?” It helps you choose where to put your effort.
Can it help me work out what to say?
Yes. Talk through a call, prepare for an objection, restart a stalled conversation or get help with an email. You can also ask it to review something you’ve written.
The aim is a clear, relevant message that helps the customer take the next step.
Can I ask what happened with a customer months ago?
Yes, if it’s been captured. Ask what they said, what concerned them or what you promised to send. SalesSharp can bring back the useful details, so you can pick up the conversation without digging through old notes.
How do I keep it up to date?
Tell SalesSharp what happened after a call, email or meeting. It can prepare changes to the customer notes, the opportunity’s progress and the next steps.
You review and approve those changes before they’re applied.
What happens after I win a sale?
Keep the customer in view. Check they’re happy, follow through on promises and explore the next genuine opportunity. SalesSharp can help you spot repeat business or other products and services that make sense for that customer.

The fine print
Why wouldn’t I just use ChatGPT?

Its approach draws on Dawn Roberts’ 25 years of selling, sales consultancy, training and coaching.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Open SalesSharp in a browser on your phone or computer. Your saved information is available when you sign in.
